Stouse made a major equipment investment in 2023 in the form of a digital flatbed press. “This allowed us to increase our capacity and reduce production time for several items in our line, like coasters, signs, plastic products and outdoor magnets,” says Jennifer Hoyt, director of marketing and e-commerce. Even though sales declined 4%, the company hopes the investments will allow it to shrink lead times further in 2024, and plans even more equipment updates going forward.
