The parent company of Vistaprint, National Pen, Counselor Top 40 supplier Goldstar (asi/73295) and other print-related businesses increased promo-specific sales 5.3% in 2024, a Counselor estimate finds. Still, Cimpress, a publicly traded company that runs on a July-to-July fiscal year, was experiencing headwinds. Earnings through the first nine months of its 2025 fiscal year were down over 30% and, due to tariff uncertainty, the firm withdrew prior financial guidance that had called for a 3% sales rise in the fiscal 12-month period. “We expect to raise prices to at least partially offset tariff costs and have already implemented pricing changes on some impacted products,” CEO Robert Keane said in May.
