Counselor estimates an over 8% sales rise for Cintas, a multibillion-dollar corporation best known for its uniform rental and facility services business. Publicly traded, Cintas has consistently notched companywide sales and earnings increases in recent years while winning awards for its workplace culture, like being named a “Best Large Employer” by Forbes. The Ohio-headquartered firm has made strides in sustainability, reducing emissions intensity by 40% since its base year of fiscal 2019. In early 2025, Cintas publicly announced its intentions to acquire UniFirst for $5.3 billion, but the uniform competitor rebuffed the advance and Cintas ended the effort.
