Last year’s acquisition of former Counselor Top 40 distributor Touchstone dramatically impacted Boundless in a positive way. “It expanded our capabilities in creative services, warehousing/fulfillment, and enterprise technology systems, allowing us to deliver more comprehensive and innovative solutions to our clients,” says Boundless CEO and Counselor Power 50 member Aaron Hamer. The Austin, TX-based distributor, whose sales declined nearly 4% last year, launched its corporate gifting service, Gifted by Boundless, as well as its online branded merchandise platform Boundless OnDemand. This year, the firm is formalizing its sustainability commitment with a new proprietary impact scoring system planned for Q2, and investing in tech like AI and order entry enhancements.
