Kaeser & Blair notched 1% sales growth in 2024, but the modest uptick was enough to tip the distributor to the $100 million mark for the first time – a big milestone for Counselor Power 50 members Mitch and Brad Kaeser’s first full year as co-CEOs at the 131-year-old firm. Chief Revenue Officer Liza Sachs says the K&B team was especially focused on building new relationships in 2024, particularly through its Preferred Supplier Program. Strengthening the program, which launched in 2023, also allowed the Ohio-based distributor to build on its long-term relationships and “increase sales to reach internal team goals,” Sachs says. With an emphasis on order efficiency and taking care of its employees, the Counselor 2024 Best Place to Work company has its eye on the $105 million mark for 2025.
