Lanham, MD-based G&G Outfitters continued its growth streak with a modest 1.6% bump in sales for 2024, which the distributor attributed to significant increases in its uniform program offerings and professional sports merchandise projects. Luisa Kohutiak, G&G’s controller and accounting department manager, adds that employee recruitment and team appreciation were also key drivers of expansion for both existing client partners and new relationships across the distributor’s business channels. This year the firm is targeting mid-single figure growth, and Kohutiak says G&G is planning to focus on internal operations, especially its digital initiatives, to better leverage automation.
