Counselor estimates another year of flat sales for Myron. Still, Jeff Lederer, the industry veteran who leads an investment firm that acquired the then-flagging distributor in 2023, says the company is in the midst of a “monumental turnaround and many things are going in the right direction.” Those include relocating a warehouse and production facility to an upgraded space in North Carolina; operations started there on Jan. 1. Furthermore, Myron launched a suite of new software services and enhanced partnerships with suppliers, while also in February 2024 acquiring Schneider GmbH, a Germany-headquartered firm that provides promo and more. “Our main focus in 2025,” Lederer says, “is to drive customers to invest in promotional items during a time of uncertainty.”
