Company revenue slipped 4% in 2024 for Chicago-headquartered distributor Zorch, but CEO Mike Wolfe has his sights on stable, measured growth for 2025. That’s the goal every year, he says – continuing to concentrate on long-term existing clients while adding new programs where they can to increase market share. The Counselor 2024 Best Place to Work company also continues to put a premium on efficiency; Zorch underwent a complete overhaul of its ERP in 2024 without disrupting service for clients, and the new platform should set the distributor up for success, Wolfe says.
