Los Angeles-based PromoShop jumped two spots on this year’s list after a strong 2024 where the distributor grew 8%. In November, it acquired Del Mar, CA-based JR Resources, in what CEO and Counselor Power 50 member Memo Kahan characterized as PromoShop’s “biggest purchase to date,” noting that both companies had “similar synergies and go-to-market ways.” Also of consequence has been PromoShop’s transition to a new ERP/CRM system “that allows us to transact more and at a much faster pace, with fewer mistakes and a lower cost per transaction,” Kahan says. He believes those investments in time and money leave PromoShop primed for “great success” in 2025.
