Achievements in technology, M&A programs, recruitment and marketing initiatives helped Proforma grow revenue by nearly 4% and climb one spot on this year’s list. The print and promo company expanded its proprietary AI platform, achieved SOC 2 compliance and added over two dozen new features to the company’s ProVision and ProStores platforms, as well as introduced a third tier of online stores called ProStores+. “The addition of ProStores+ helped Proforma surpass 12,000 active e-commerce stores – a significant milestone,” says Marissa Jansen, director of brand identity. Jansen also lists employee recognition efforts and workplace culture initiatives among the company’s top accomplishments last year, and says this year Proforma will continue to further leverage AI and execute its strategic expansion of ProStores that’s already underway and its recently launched ProMatch. In July, Proforma founder and Counselor Power 50 member Greg Muzzillo announced his retirement after 47 years of leading the company.
