iPROMOTEu jumps seven spots on the list after making the biggest distributor acquisition of 2024, purchasing former Counselor Top 40 firm AIA Corporation last fall. (In 2023, AIA had reported $154.6 million in revenue and without the acquisition, iPROMOTEu still recorded 3% organic growth.) iPROMOTEu – which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024 – also launched a mobile app version of its proprietary iSUITE order management platform, and developed resources to gain a stronger foothold among affiliates in Canada. Looking ahead, CEO and Counselor Power 50 member Lori Bauer says her team is focused on continuing to integrate AIA into the iPROMOTEu brand, investing in technology (like enhancements to iSUITE), and developing digital marketing campaigns to help affiliates navigate a challenging market and economic environment.
