Brandon Mackay, Counselor Power 50 member and president/CEO of SnugZ USA, says the firm’s ability to endure the constant change in business with a willing team and amazing attitude was its greatest achievement in 2024. A 7.6% year-over-year decrease was attributed to a softer market and lower-dollar SKUs outpacing higher-dollar ones, though the company also noted it made decisions that benefited its bottom line at the expense of its top line. The supplier hired Alex Barberis as its new CTO last year and also won a 2024 Green Business Award from Utah Business magazine. This year, SnugZ plans to enhance customer relationships, improve ratings and stay true to its core values, with sales projections of a 3% increase.
