One of the hardest-hit suppliers during COVID, Cutter & Buck has completed its recovery to pre-pandemic levels with a 9.5% increase in 2024, marking four straight years of sales growth. The expansion of its ShareShip program from 25 contract decorators to 130 was a key driver, as was maintaining a 98% in-stock position on products as well as greater e-commerce integration across the industry. The apparel company has made a major investment in sustainability, with commitments this year of making 90% of its products from sustainable materials, eliminating air freight and using 100% postconsumer recycled plastic in its product packaging. Also of note: its expansion into hard goods through an agreement with fellow Counselor Top 40 supplier Hit Promotional Products (asi/61125), which will produce items like drinkware, notebooks and outdoor products.
