Outdoor Cap saw lower demand for headwear in 2024 – a development that led to its over 9% sales decline, dropping the firm two spots on this year’s list. The Bentonville, AR-headquartered supplier did make some significant personnel moves, including naming new heads of technology and manufacturing, as well as appointing a head of product with a background in sourcing at Nike. In 2025, Outdoor Cap plans to continue growing its team and “launch a best-in-class order system” to show off the value of promo headwear to customers.
