Koozie Group, which saw a 5.6% revenue drop in 2024, attributed the change to “purposeful tightening of our product portfolio to serve our customers with certainty.” The Florida-headquartered supplier was acquired in April by Mill Point Capital, a private equity company that also owns fellow Counselor Top 40 firm Garyline (asi/55990), and indeed Mill Point says it has plans to combine the two suppliers. Koozie Group CEO and Counselor Power 50 member Pierre Montaubin says the supplier’s biggest goal this year is supporting its new sister company. Sustainability continues to be a top priority for the supplier, which recently achieved product-level CarbonNeutral certification for eight of its writing instruments and partnered with SproutWorld to offer plantable pencils.
