Neil Ringel, CEO of Counselor Top 40 supplier PCNA (asi/66887), slides up three spots on this year’s list, helped along by strong influence ratings from his Counselor Power 50 counterparts and the promo industry at large. PCNA has maintained its dedicated ESG focus this year, with the company’s recent sustainability report noting a significant cut to Scope 1 and 2 emissions and continued expansion of the company’s eco-friendly product portfolio, as well as millions of upcycled bottles, pounds of recycled cotton and trees planted since Ringel joined PCNA in 2019. This year, the company has also launched BrandBook, an AI-powered lookbook tool for distributors, and partnered with a variety of retail brands.

Tariff pricing was a challenge for the New Kensington, PA-headquartered supplier so far this year, but the company’s more diversified supply chain – a development they’ve worked on since the COVID-19 pandemic, Ringel says – was an asset. Recently, the company’s Leed’s brand implemented a new ERP system, which caused significant disruption for customers during the transition to smoother, real-time operations. Rebuilding trust after that disruption is a key focus for the rest of the year and beyond. “As we look ahead to 2026,” Ringel says, “my top priority is ensuring that PCNA continues to be a trusted partner for distributors.”
