ASI Volunteers Pack Sweet Surprises for Local Kids

This week, 30 amazing ASI volunteers gathered in the Purple Room to pack over 200 Halloween treat bags filled with donated candy for children served by YWCA Bucks County. Thanks to your generosity, we had enough goodies to create an additional 70 bags for the children at Lots of Love daycare!

Each treat bag included a handwritten note that read:

"We care about you! Hope you have a fun time!"

— a small message with a big heart.

👻 Halloween Parade at ASI

Mark your calendars! On Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., the kids from Lots of Love daycare will parade through ASI in their Halloween costumes. It’s an annual tradition that brings joy, laughter, and plenty of photo ops—don’t miss it!

💜 Thank You!

A huge thank-you to everyone who donated candy, packed bags, or helped spread the word. Your kindness is guaranteed to bring smiles to so many little faces.

With gratitude,

About YWCA Bucks County

The YWCA Bucks County is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. We work to bring out the individual strengths of women and youth and to foster resiliency and self-sufficiency. Our philosophy, in keeping with the mission of the YWCA to empower women and families, centers on providing the skills and confidence needed to succeed. The YWCA is proud to be the oldest and largest women’s movement, providing services for women and their families in our community.

Our local programs and services have furthered the YWCA vision of peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all people since 1914. Over the past 108 years, programs have evolved and have included educational and employment classes for women, teen clubs, community dialogue, and groups to discuss race relations.
