“A Woman’s View” is now officially a decade old.
Created by Counselor Top 40 distributor iPROMOTEu (asi/232119) in 2015, the initiative offers educational content, programming and networking opportunities for the benefit of women in the promotional products industry.
The program’s annual networking event, held in January in conjunction with the PPAI Expo in Las Vegas, marked the program’s 10th anniversary with the theme “Strong Women Never Go Out of Style.”
Attendees participate in icebreakers to get to know their industry peers.
“As we embark on our 10th year, we wanted to acknowledge that women are timeless,” said iPROMOTEu CEO Lori Bauer, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list and Counselor’s 2019 Woman of Distinction. “The resilience, confidence and grace of women in the promotional products industry embody a power that inspires and uplifts our community. Our collective strength proves true style lies in authenticity and inner fortitude.”
Attendees heard Keynote Motivational Speaker Marilyn Sherman, a member of the National Speaker’s Association CPAE Hall of Fame and the author of several leadership and personal growth books.
This year’s reception also celebrated three industry women with Visionary Awards.
Elena Hutslar – owner of iPROMOTEu affiliate Intention Advertising Inc. in San Francisco – received the Affiliate Visionary Award. Hutslar is known for her positivity, work ethic and dedication to her community, and has achieved steady business growth since launching Intention Advertising in 2022.
