Counselor Top 40 distributor iPROMOTEu (asi/232119) started off the year by encouraging women in promo to “Rise & Thrive.”

At the annual networking event for “A Woman’s View” – iPROMOTEu’s initiative for educational content and programming for women in promo – more than 350 women gathered for career development, raffles and networking opportunities.

More than 350 women gathered to build industry connections at the 2026 “A Woman’s View” annual networking reception.

“A Woman’s View continues to be a powerful reminder of what’s possible when women come together with intention and purpose,” said Lori Bauer, CEO of iPROMOTEu and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the most influential people in promo. “We are proud to host this annual event to create space for dynamic women to reconnect and show support for one another, both personally and professionally.”

This year’s event was hosted by media personality Andi Corley, who also served as a featured speaker. iPROMOTEu also recognized three industry women with A Woman’s View Visionary Awards to celebrate their leadership, innovation and commitment to the promo community in 2025.
