4imprint (asi/197045), the largest distributor in the promotional products industry, awarded more than 6,000 one by one grants in 2025, providing over $3 million worth of promotional products to charitable organizations in the U.S. and Canada.
The company’s one by one program awards multiple grants every business day to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status, accredited schools, religious organizations and registered Canadian charities. Since its launch in 2006, the program has supported more than 30,000 organizations.
Each grant consists of $500 in promotional merchandise designed to help recipients increase visibility, thank supporters, raise funds or support community programs. According to the company, 1,394 organizations received grants during Q4 alone.
4imprint also donated inventory to more than 1,700 businesses, nonprofit groups, associates and customers globally, totaling close to 700,000 promotional items donated throughout the year.
Last year’s grant recipients include Gateway to the Great Outdoors, which used branded beanies and mugs for its annual youth camping trip; Missions on Wheels, which provided hoodies to volunteers supporting disaster response efforts; and Amanda’s Adaptive Martial Arts, which distributed lunch boxes to students with special needs.
“Whether they’re helping people in need, strengthening communities or providing exciting opportunities, these organizations work tirelessly for the causes they care about,” said Kevin Lyons-Tarr, CEO of 4imprint and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of most influential people in promo.
Applications for 4imprint’s one by one grants are accepted on a rolling basis and require submissions at least two months prior to when products are needed.
