PCNA Adds Lee Kemp as Senior VP of Customer Success & Transformation

Counselor Top 40 supplier PCNA (asi/66887) has a new lead for its customer success team.
The New Kensington, PA-headquartered firm welcomed Lee Kemp as senior vice president of customer success and transformation, where he’ll oversee PCNA’s customer success division with an eye toward strategic initiatives to improve the customer experience.

Prior to joining PCNA, Kemp spent more than two decades working in customer experience leadership in both the private sector and the U.S. Army, where he served as a Chemical Corps officer. Most recently, Kemp held a role as vice president of customer experience at Veritiv, a packaging, print and facility solutions company.

Based on reported North American promotional products revenue of $659.8 million, PCNA ranked fourth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
