Real Estate Sector Set to Soar This Year
- Residential real estate sales are expected to increase by more than 5% in 2015, according to the National Real Estate Investors Association.
- Half of all U.S. states surpassed their average housing price peak reached before the crisis of 2009, according to CoreLogic data.
- The National Association of Realtors forecasts that U.S. commercial real estate sales will increase by 7.6% in 2015.
- RealtyTrac says the median sale price of single homes in October increased by 16%.
