The Avenel, NJ-based apparel firm – and the largest apparel decorator in North America – grew its sales by just over 16% in last year, with some significant and strategic business moves: Bringing the GAP and Old Navy brands into the promo market; leveraging print-on-demand for single-piece orders – the requests for which have grown exponentially over the last two years; and expanding its contract decoration offerings. Most importantly, Vantage acquired a majority stake in Krakow, Poland-based Lynka, the largest apparel decorator in Europe. The similarities between companies are numerous, and Vantage owner Ira Neaman and New Jersey-native and Lynka founder John Lynch developed a deep business relationship over the last decade. “I’m proud to bring Vantage’s reputation for superior decoration and back-office technology services to the world stage,” Neaman said.
