Altitude Group, the London-based parent company of AIM Smarter, grew revenue by nearly 55% – and Stella, as CEO, has continuously driven growth in AIM membership and adoption of the company’s suite of services. The company instituted “an agile approach” in 2020 to its entire business, says Stella, which has paid major dividends. “This approach, embracing collaboration and continuous improvement,” she states, “has allowed us to future-proof our tech stack, be deliberately innovative, and scale the business while building a culture of trust and engagement across our entire community.”
