Nikki Stella moves up four spots on this year’s Power 50 list thanks to record revenue at Altitude Group, which owns distributor network AIM Smarter and affiliate program ACS Affiliate Services. Both organic sales growth and growth to 2,220-plus members enabled Altitude to increase revenue by over 57% with a nearly 40% leap in gross profit for the company’s fiscal year that ended in March.

“We maintain an everlasting focus on building and maintaining a prosperous and collaborative community with our suppliers, members and affiliates,” says Stella. “As collaboration is a key focal point, I’m proud that we continue to be recognized for forging cross-industry partnerships and delivering services that help our distributor network achieve their goals.” She cites the multiple strategic events the company hosted throughout the year that offered education, business development and networking.

In addition, Stella and the leadership team continue to drive efficiency through technology, particularly this year through integrations with suppliers and partners. “Our goal is to simplify the order entry process and we have automated the exchange of data to speed the process and create efficiencies for our members and affiliates,” Stella says. “Faster order entry with more accurate POs means fewer clicks and fewer production errors, resulting in faster customer invoicing. That’s a huge win for all.”
