From awe-inspiring ghostly décor to fun costumes – and pumpkin spice everything – fall brings myriad opportunities to make a statement in front of clients.
“Think outside the box,” says Data Analytics Editor Hannah Rosenberger in this Promo Insiders episode. “Whether it’s Halloween or upcoming holiday craziness, everyone is doing something, so you have to stand out.”
Rosenberger, along with editors Theresa Hegel and Sara Lavenduski, shared their top seasonal sales tips and also tried unique seasonal snacks – like KitKat Ghost Toast, Nerds Spooky Gummy Clusters and Skittles Shriekers.
Consider dressing up to drop in on clients with samples, and add fall flair to self-promo campaigns.
“Why not rebrand your products to be fun for fall or Halloween?” says Hegel. “Even if you don’t change anything substantive, it’s OK to tweak the messaging a bit to make it season-appropriate and play off the holiday coming up.”
