ASI Offers Sneak Peek of New Company Stores Solution at Orlando Trade Show

Distributors can demo company stores and the new ESP Orders dashboard this week at ASI Orlando

TREVOSE, PA – January 3, 2019 – The Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI) announced todayit will demonstrate the next generation of Company Stores, along with its new ESP® Orders dashboard, at its annual trade show in Orlando this week.

Distributors attending the show will be among the first to see demos of the new designs and features of Company Stores at ASI Show® Orlando, Friday, January 4, and Saturday, January 5, at the Orange County Convention Center, West Building, Halls A1-A4. Demos will take place at the ASI booth, number 1041, in the middle of the show floor.

ASI Orlando kicks off Thursday, January 3, with Education Day, featuring nine all-new tracks and over 42 classes, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.  The show’s featured keynote is by baseball great Cal Ripken Jr., at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.  Major League Baseball’s “Iron Man,” Ripken holds the record for consecutive games played with 2,632, shattering Lou Gehrig’s previous streak by more than 500. He’ll share stories from his 21-season career and illustrate how leadership, teamwork and perseverance are crucial to success in baseball as well as in business. ASI’s e-commerce-enabled Company Stores offer distributors a variety of custom online stores that showcase products branded for any company, event or market. Distributors can choose from Company Stores designed for clients who want to add a way to sell branded merchandise, offer gifts and incentives to employees, create a space dedicated to the specific needs of a niche target audience or target end-buyers planning an event with specific product collections.

Distributors can merchandise their store with their own products or import from almost 3,000 certified ASI supplier members. Company Stores also enable distributors to brand their store by adding a client’s logo to all virtual sample-ready product images.

In addition, distributors can demonstrate products using up to 50 videos imported directly from their YouTube account or add product videos chosen from ASI’s own collection.

Also at the Orlando show, ASI experts will show off the many features of ESP Orders, a total order management system that allows distributors to create sales orders, purchase orders and invoices electronically without rekeying any data. The new ESP Orders dashboard displays the distributor’s ordering trends and information under a single tab.

ESP Orders is part of the e-commerce-enabled ESP® platform, which contains nearly 1 million products and integrates with ASI SmartBooks®, ProfitMaker® and Intuit QuickBooks. Distributors report using ESP Orders reduces processing time by 73%, and suppliers say it results in significant improvement in order accuracy.
