Key Features of Each of the 3 Fan-Favorite NLA Fabrics Now Available at Affordable Prices
There’s a lot to love about Next Level Apparel’s (asi/73867) top-selling core styles; the Unisex Cotton T-Shirt (3600), the Unisex Tri-Blend T-Shirt (6010) and the Unisex CVC T-Shirt (6210). Not only are these popular pieces now available for affordable pricing thanks to NLA’s efforts to counteract post-pandemic price increases, they’re also made from three fan-favorite NLA fabrics too. Let’s take a look at what makes each fabric so great and when each one would make a stellar sell for your clients, now at pricing they’ll love just as much as the garments themselves.
#1 - Unisex Cotton T-Shirt (3600)
100% Cotton Jersey
- Fabric Components: 100% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton *Heather Grey 90% Cotton, 10% Polyester
- Fabric Weight: 145g, 4.3oz
- Thread Weight: 32 Singles
Super soft, sturdy and never see-through, NLA’s cotton fabric is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for all kinds of client projects. Made with 100% combed ring-spun cotton, this fabric has more impurities removed than standard cotton styles, allowing for the most accurate prints and superior softness. With plenty of stretch and bounce, this cotton fabric feels just as great on as it will look showcasing your client’s brand.
#2 - Unisex Tri-Blend T-Shirt (6010)
Tri-Blend Jersey
- Fabric Components: 50% Polyester, 25% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton, 25% Rayon
- Fabric Weight: 145g, 4.3oz
- Thread Weight: 32 Singles
This tri-blend formulation is made from the most premium fibers you can get below silk and boasts the greatest drape and softest hand feel of all the NLA fabrics. This is because most tri-blends in the industry use only 12-13% rayon to keep costs down. NLA on the other hand never cuts corners and uses 25% rayon for premium quality pieces that will last for a lifetime.
#3 - Unisex CVC T-Shirt (6210)
CVC Jersey
- Fabric Components: 60% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton, 40% Polyester
- Fabric Weight: 145g, 4.3oz
- Thread Weight: 32 Singles
NLA was quick to notice a problem with industry-standard 50/50 cotton/polyester CVC blends. While some suppliers prefer this ratio to reduce costs, that higher polyester account often allows too much gray to show through in the fabric and can present difficulties while decorating. Thankfully, NLA offers this CVC style at affordable pricing while still maintaining their optimal 60/40 cotton/polyester blend. That reduced polyester count allows for more of the combed ring-spun cotton’s softness and color richness to come through as well as great versatility for decoration.
