Fey Industries, parent company of Fey Promo (asi/54040), is expanding into new categories with the acquisition of two promo brands.

Promopet (asi/79698) and The Bandana Factory, formerly part of WOVIN brands (asi/92980), will now fall under the Fey Industries umbrella. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Promopet is a supplier of pet-related goods, including pet safety kits, grooming supplies and leashes. The Bandana Group offers pet bandanas of various sizes, decorated with methods that include screen printing and dye sublimation. The deal expands Fey Promo’s offering into categories including pet accessories, bandanas and textile-based items.

Following the acquisition, Fey Promo will integrate Promopet and The Bandana Factory into its existing platforms. The supplier will also move the acquired brands’ equipment and inventory into its Edgerton, MN, facility.

WOVIN brands will continue to market its line of WOV-IN patches and labels, home accents, kitchen textiles, totes, bags and towels.

Promopet and The Bandana Factory customers will receive additional communication regarding ordering details, timelines and support resources during the transition, according to Fey.
