Gosselin started as account manager at Dryvve in 2014 and has steadily advanced through the company ranks since then. Most recently, Gosselin held the role of director of client services, where he helped strengthen client relationships, built high-performing teams and shaped the company’s strategic direction.

In the role of general manager, Gosselin will focus on driving operations and program optimization, the company said.

“I’m incredibly honored to step into this role and grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with Dryvve,” Gosselin said. “This organization has been such an important part of my life and career, and I’m excited to help shape what comes next.”

Dryvve’s President Charleen Smotrycz added that Gosselin has had a significant impact at the company over the last decade-plus.

“He has earned the respect of colleagues across the organization through his integrity, thoughtfulness and commitment to excellence,” she said. “I am thrilled to continue working alongside Josh as he steps into this expanded leadership role, and I am confident that together, we will achieve great things in the years ahead.”

Smotrycz’s role as president will remain unchanged as Gosselin transitions into his new position. She will continue to spend her time on high-level enterprise-client relationship management and new business development, a spokesperson from the company told Counselor.

Gosselin, for his part, has seen Dryvve through several changes, including M&A activity and a significant rebrand. In January 2021, Consolidated Marketing Services (asi/154912) acquired Progressive Promotions. Three years later, the companies consolidated under a single name: Dryvve. The joint distributorship is a certified woman-owned business offering custom and e-commerce-enabled merchandise. The big rebrand, which was revealed inside a chocolate smash cake from Counselor Top 40 supplier NC Custom (asi/44900) that Dryvve sent to 500 customers, won a Counselor 2024 Promo Campaign Award for Best Distributor Self Promotion.

“We have an exceptional team, strong client partnerships and a clear vision for the future. I look forward to continuing to build on that momentum and influencing Dryvve’s growth path in meaningful ways,” added Gosselin.
