The Ampersand Group (asi/123051) has reached a deal to acquire Butler, PA-based distributor Keystone Specialties, Inc.

Founded in 1988, Keystone Specialties delivers customized fundraising programs, event merchandise and recognition solutions for nonprofit organizations, schools and businesses. Keystone Specialties will operate as an affiliate of The Ampersand Group and go by Keystone Specialties powered by The Ampersand Group.

As The Ampersand Group looks to expand its portfolio into new industries and sectors, it was drawn to Keystone’s long-standing relationships and specialized expertise in nonprofit fundraising and community-based initiatives.
