iCoStore Acquires Custom Concepts, Inc.

iCoStore (asi/229785) has announced that it is acquiring Custom Concepts, Inc. (CCI, asi/173054) in an effort to grow its print-on-demand capabilities and offerings. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

iCoStore is a Tempe, AZ-based provider of company store solutions for branded merchandise, employee uniforms and print products. Through the acquisition of CCI, iCoStore will now have expanded capabilities in decoration areas like embroidery, screen printing, direct to film, UV printing and print-on-demand technology, as well as fulfillment and kitting services.

“CCI has earned customer trust through consistency, responsiveness and strong program management,” said Tom Meissner, CEO of iCoStore. “By bringing our platform and operational scale together, we’re making it easier to run branded programs with reliable on-demand decoration, scalable fulfillment and workflow visibility while keeping brand standards and service at the center.”

Carolyn Strempel, founder of CCI, added that the acquisition will allow CCI customers to enjoy iCoStore’s in-house decoration and online store offerings.
