Reciprocity Road, a collective of 13 branded-merch promotional products distributors, donated $112,000 last year to various causes. Part of its BrandGood program, the donations reflected what the group described as its ongoing commitment to industry growth, education and social responsibility.

“Our BrandGood program exemplifies the heart of Reciprocity Road’s mission to drive positive change and create opportunities for growth and development in our industry and beyond,” said Perry Wehrle, executive director. “These contributions are a testament to our partners’ generosity and shared purpose, and we are honored to support these heart-led organizations and their vital work.”

Among the more notable donations was a $36,000 contribution to the Mhotivo School Project, in Choloma, Honduras. In 2022, Counselor Top 40 supplier SanMar (asi/84863) launched a project to build 22 classrooms, a computer lab and additional administrative offices at the school. The project was completed in the spring of 2024, and after visiting the school last year, Reciprocity Road members committed to investing in infrastructure improvements and scholarships for Mhotivo students.

Reciprocity Road donated more than $35,000 to the Promotional Products Education Foundation. The funding will support scholarships and educational opportunities for industry professionals and their families.

PromoKitchen received $15,800 to further support its mission to mentor and inspire promo pros. And PromoCares, known for promoting social responsibility and sustainability in the industry, received $19,000 to help fund its initiatives to foster responsible business practices and its #4Good campaigns.
