Counselor Top 40 supplier The Magnet Group (asi/68507) has recognized Key Account Manager Stacey Bailie with the 2025 Fran Ford Award – the highest honor from the Alpharetta, GA-based firm. The award was given out at The Magnet Group’s annual sales meeting in Las Vegas on Jan. 12.

Named for a longtime leader in the promo industry, the Fran Ford Award recognizes values like mentorship, volunteerism, generosity, kindness, accomplishment, passion and friendship.

“I couldn’t be more proud of Stacey and was honored to present her with the Ford Award,” says Bill Korowitz, CEO of The Magnet Group and a member of the Counselor Power 50 list. “It’s incredible to think that we started with TMG in the same year of 1996. After 28 years, we’re still bringing it!”

Nominated by her peers, Bailie was chosen for her leadership, reliability and steady hand.

In addition, The Magnet Group gave out its Excellence in Sales Achievement awards. Robin Daniel and Lauren LeMay tied for third, 20-year company veteran Larry Asay placed second, and top honors went to the sales team of Steve Parker and Gigi Robles.

“It was important for me to recognize both Steve and Gigi for this award, as it truly was a team effort,” says CRO Dan Jellinek, a member of the Counselor Power 50 alongside Korowitz. “When people work together, the synergies can result in amazing accomplishments.”

With 2023 North American promotional products revenue of $102.7 million, The Magnet Group ranked 19^th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry. The company was also named a Counselor Best Place to Work last year.
