HPG Appoints Alex Symms & Melissa Bettua to VP of Sales Positions

Alex Symms, previously director of sales, West, for the Counselor Top 40 supplier, has been promoted to vice president of sales, West. Melissa Bettua, who has served as director of sales, East, at HPG for the past four years, will transition into the role of vice president of sales, East.
Both leaders bring more than a decade of experience in the promotional products industry and have demonstrated a consistent track record of driving results, building strong customer relationships and mentoring high-performing sales teams, according to HPG.

“I’m honored to step into the vice president of sales, West, position and continue working alongside such a talented team,” said Symms, who joined the firm nearly three years ago as the director of sales at Evans Manufacturing (asi/52840), an HPG subsidiary. Just months later, he was promoted to director of sales for the company’s western U.S. brands: California-based Origaudio, Evans Manufacturing and Utah-based Handstands. Prior to HPG, Symms served as national account manager at Powerstick.com (asi/51566) and spent seven years managing accounts and digital marketing initiatives at Chameleon Like (asi/44558).
