The Pittsburgh-based supplier of textiles and towels has announced that Melissa Mason will step into the role of vice president of client partnerships.
Mason has been with Pro Towels for 14 years, and most recently served as the company’s director of operations. In her previous role, she led cross-functional coordination across sales, sourcing and production.
In her expanded, client-facing position, Mason will be responsible for strengthening relationships with distributors and key clients, supporting program growth, solving operational challenges and delivering product solutions, according to the company.
