Storm Creek (asi/89879) is beginning a new chapter with the hiring of Jon West as president of the Eagan, MN-based supplier of sustainable apparel.

The supplier noted in a LinkedIn post that the hire is all about finding the “right people” for the “right seats” and keeping its leadership foundation strong. CEO Teresa Fudenberg, a member of the Counselor Power 50 list of the most influential people in promo, said that West's experience and leadership philosophy are a natural fit for Storm Creek.
"He understands how to drive sustainable growth while staying close to customers and teams – an approach that aligns with our values," she added.
Fudenberg will remain actively involved as CEO, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic direction. Company founder Doug Jackson, who previously served as company president, has taken on the role of chief revenue officer and product visionary and will continue to lead product innovation and sales growth, ensuring continuity across the brand's product pipeline and distributor relationships.

Prior to joining Storm Creek, West worked as chief growth officer at King Technology, a Minnetonka, MN-based manufacturer of pool and hot tub sanitation products. He has more than 20 years of experience across sales, marketing, operations and strategic growth.

In addition to hiring a new president, Storm Creek has announced the promotion of Tom Clouser to director of sales. In his new role, Clouser will lead Storm Creek’s sales efforts within the promotional products industry, overseeing the growth strategy and day-to-day operations of the sales team. He will also continue to manage a select group of key accounts.
The announcement comes after Storm Creek expanded its sales team in 2025, adding six seasoned professionals to its staff last year.
Clouser has 28 years of experience in promo, working on both the distributor and supplier side.
