Lane Seven Apparel (asi/66246) is expanding from coast to coast.

The California-based supplier has officially opened a new 65,000-square-foot warehouse in Gastonia, NC, about half an hour away from Charlotte. The building will help Lane Seven better serve the East Coast, allowing for more inventory, faster turnaround times and two- to three-day shipping, according to the company.

“It has been a whirlwind of a couple of months getting things up and running, assembling the racking system, installing cabling, setting up shop for the warehouse crew and syncing our inventory,” Lane Seven said in an announcement about the new facility. “We are just about there and expect the full range of inventory to be available in August.”

Executives from the promotional products supplier said the Gastonia warehouse represents a significant investment into company growth and customer base expansion.

The new warehouse is located at 3145 Aberdeen Blvd., Ste. 400, Gastonia, NC, 28054. Lane Seven’s headquarters are in Irwindale, CA.

The supplier of fashion-forward apparel basics made headlines as the official T-shirt sponsor and mobile merch truck sponsor at SXSW in Austin, TX, in March. In all, 20 different apparel items from Lane Seven were available as event merch during the festival.
