Promotional Source (asi/301292) in Ontario has acquired fellow Ontario-based distributor Island Marketing (asi/232201). Financial details of the transaction were not released.

Promotional Source’s capabilities will create amazing new options and services for Island Marketing’s reps and clients alike.”

Island Marketing will now operate under the Promotional Source name from Promotional Source’s locations in Barrie, Oakville and Toronto. Mark Schwekendiek, founder of Island Marketing, and the Island Marketing sales team will remain in their roles.
