Dawn Guiberson has successful leadership experience at some of the promotional products industry’s biggest firms – and now, she’s headed to another.

Counselor Top 40 supplier Sunscope (asi/90075) announced that it has hired Guiberson as director of global sourcing and production management.

Guiberson has more than two decades of experience in supply chain management, product safety and international sourcing. She has spearheaded initiatives tied to sourcing diversification, compliance modernization and ERP data optimization at top industry firms, efforts that included building teams across continents, negotiating with vendors and aligning factory capabilities with sales and client needs, Sunscope said.

Guiberson’s past roles include being senior director of global sourcing and compliance at Counselor Best Place to Work Greater Pacific Industries (asi/58135), director of global sourcing and compliance at Counselor Top 40 distributor HALO Branded Solutions (asi/356000) and director of product and supply chain integrity at Counselor Top 40 distributor BDA (asi/137616). Early in her career, she also worked as an account executive at Counselor Top 40 supplier SanMar (asi/84863).

Based on reported 2023 North American promo product revenue of $119.7 million, Sunscope ranked 13th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry. The new rankings are due out this summer
