Several promo companies made an appearance on America’s Best Large Employers of 2025, an annual ranking from Forbes and Statista that showcases companies with exceptional feedback from current and former employees, as well as industry peers and consumers.

Fruit of the Loom (asi/84257); Counselor Top 40 distributor Cintas (asi/162167); 3M, parent company of Counselor Top 40 supplier 3M/Promotional Markets (asi/91240); and Counselor Top 40 supplier Gildan (asi/56842) all were named to the list.

Forbes, with the help of market research firm Statista, has been ranking America’s Best Large Employers for the last 10 years. The annual rankings were based primarily on survey responses from more than 217,000 employees working at companies within the U.S. that employ more than 1,000 people, according to Forbes. Participants were asked whether they would recommend their employer to others and to rate it on a range of criteria, including salary, work environment, training programs and opportunities to advance.

The responses were tallied and analyzed along with additional survey data from the last three years, which Forbes said allowed for a robust assessment of organizations that consistently ranked well as opposed to those which may have just had one good year.
