Finance Chart

“We finished the year with a solid fourth quarter, growing our consolidated revenues while simultaneously reducing expenses, which resulted in 19% year-over-year EBITDA growth and earnings per share that nearly doubled,” said Michael Benstock, CEO of SGC. “In addition, our quarterly results again demonstrated the back-end weighted nature of our business, with 6% sequential top line growth and earnings per share up 28%.”

SGC’s branded products segment, which BAMKO and HPI comprise, was the company’s highest performing segment, with net Q4 sales of $96,918 and EBITDA of $11,032. Its healthcare apparel segment, which includes Carhartt, achieved $28,830 in net sales, down from over $30,000 in Q4 2024.

BAMKO saw a year-over-year increase of 5% compared to Q4 2024 and a 14% increase compared to Q3 2025. According to BAMKO President and Counselor Power 50 member Jake Himelstein, that increase was driven by new program business and the delivery of large year-end holiday gifts.

“Our pipeline and order backlog remain solid and have already generated some large new wins in 2026,” he told ASI Media. “Looking ahead, we’ll be focused on growing our market share further through additional RFP wins.”

Himelstein added that tariffs continue to prove challenging from a business perspective, but that “they tend to hit our smaller competitors harder because they lack scale, leverage with suppliers and the operational infrastructure to react quickly.”

SGC also posted its full-year outlook for 2026, forecasting net sales in the range of $572 million to $585 million, up from 2025 net sales of $566.2 million.

Based on reported 2024 North American promotional products revenue of $366 million, BAMKO ranks ninth on Counselor’s most recent list of largest distributors in the industry.
