Facilisgroup, a promotional products industry software provider and partnering community, has two new vice presidents.

Samantha Ross has been named vice president of partner experience, and Kevin Schnepp vice president of partner success.

Ross started her career with Facilisgroup in 2015 as events & incentive coordinator and over the past 11 years took on roles in brand marketing, supplier relations and distributor partner relations. Most recently, she served as the director of business growth. Now, Ross will spearhead strategy centered on the end-to-end journey for distributor partners.

“Being in this role is incredibly meaningful to me because it reflects both trust and alignment with how I’ve always approached my work, building structure, clarity and consistency in service of our partners,” said Ross. “Most importantly, it gives me the opportunity to help scale what makes Facilisgroup special while staying deeply connected to the people we serve.”

Schnepp started with Facilisgroup in 2021 as partner success manager and took on additional leadership roles over the past five years. Most recently, he was the director of partner success, and will now lead Facilisgroup’s Partner Success Team.
