Stahls’ (asi/88984) Fulfill Engine is expanding its print-on-demand fulfillment capabilities with the addition of dye sublimation for apparel, launching in partnership with Vapor Apparel (asi/93396).

Stahls’ (asi/88984) Fulfill Engine has added dye sublimation for apparel to its decoration network, with the integration of performance garments from Vapor Apparel (asi/93396).

The addition introduces spot sublimation decoration for performance garments, expanding Fulfill Engine’s digital print capabilities and enabling vibrant, full-color decoration on 100% polyester apparel.

To support the launch, Vapor Apparel’s lineup of performance apparel styles has been integrated into Fulfill Engine specifically for network decoration. Engineered for high-heat digital printing, these moisture-wicking, quick-drying garments feature UPF 50+ sun protection and are optimized for outdoor and active environments. The garments are ideal for markets that include fishing charters, resort retail, athletics and lifestyle brands, according to Fulfill Engine.

Dye sublimation is a digital decoration method that permanently bonds color into polyester fibers, creating a lightweight, breathable finish with no hand feel. The new capability allows decorators and brands to deliver performance-driven apparel programs through Fulfill Engine’s on-demand production network without added inventory or operational complexity.

In addition to dye sublimation, Fulfill Engine offers direct to film, direct to garment, embroidery, screen printing, UV printing, UV DTF, engraving and Liquid 3-D transfers on its platform.

Print on demand has been a growing phenomenon in the promo industry in recent years, and these networks are expanding to include a wider variety of products and decoration techniques to accommodate client preferences.
