Cintas (asi/162167) was among the companies recognized on the recent Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025.

“We are grateful to be recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for New Grads,” said Todd Schneider, president and CEO of Cintas. “We take pride in being recognized for our commitment to cultivating a work environment that creates and supports young professionals, enabling them to excel in their careers. Young professionals face unique obstacles, and that’s why it is imperative that we provide the necessary tools and a clear pathway toward both professional and personal success.”

America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2025 were identified in an independent survey of over 100,000 young U.S. professionals (employees who have less than 10 years of work experience) working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry), with a much higher weighting for personal evaluations.

In acknowledging its award, Cintas points to programs for young professionals like its Management Trainee program, which offers immersive, hands-on training across all company operations, supplying trainees with essential personal development to position them for a successful career.

Additionally, Newsweek recently included Cintas in its list of America’s Best Workplaces for Gen Z 2025.

Based on estimated 2023 North American promotional product revenue of $218.6 million, Cintas ranked 13th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry. Gildan, with estimated 2023 North American promo revenue of $739.3 million ranked fourth on the list of top suppliers.
