Reciprocity Road Holds ‘Conclave’ in Vancouver

The summit brought together distributors that comprise the promo collective, which annually does about $325 million in merch business.

Reciprocity Road, a collective of 13 branded-merch distributors that combined generate $325 million in annual promotional products spending, recently held its eighth annual summit, this time in Vancouver, BC.

Dubbed the Conclave, the event brought together distributor partners from across North America for strategic planning for 2024.

Vancouver-based Fairware (asi/191452), a Reciprocity Road member, hosted this year’s Conclave. “Conclave is an intimate gathering where insights, best practices and dreams are shared,” said Sarah White, Fairware’s chief operating officer. “We inspire each other to utilize our collective impact for both business and good.”

Indeed, Conclave had a giveback component. Partners volunteered with Plenty of Plates, an organization that provides dignified dining experiences for food-insecure individuals in Vancouver. Together, the Reciprocity Road team prepared and served meals. To further support Plenty of Plates’ mission, Reciprocity Road donated $5,000 to the nonprofit.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to gather our partners in Vancouver to strategize and give back,” said Perry Wehrle, executive director of Reciprocity Road.
