Royal Apparel (asi/83731) is opening a West Coast distribution center in San Bernardino, CA, later this year.

The supplier is hoping to launch operations at the 110,000-square-foot facility in early to mid-November, Glen Brumer, sales director at Royal Apparel told ASI Media.

The strategic expansion represents a major milestone in Royal Apparel’s growth and commitment to delivering faster, more efficient service to its customers nationwide, according to the company. The new facility will allow it to reduce shipping times significantly, improve inventory availability and better serve the apparel, promotional and wholesale markets across the western United States.

“Opening a distribution center on the West Coast has been a top priority for us,” said Brumer. “San Bernardino is the perfect hub for our West Coast operations – it positions us to provide quicker turnaround, greater flexibility and the same high level of service our customers expect from Royal Apparel.”

The San Bernardino center will complement Royal Apparel’s existing East Coast headquarters and production operations in Hauppauge, NY. Customers can expect enhanced access to the brand’s range of blank and custom styles, including its growing collection of sustainable and fashion-forward basics.

Royal Apparel said its expansion reflects an ongoing investment in American manufacturing and sustainability.
