Direct Caps USA (asi/48015) is expanding into the southeastern U.S.

The Gardena, CA-headquartered supplier of blank, decorated and customized headwear celebrated the grand opening of its newest sales and distribution center in Norcross, GA, earlier this week.

The Georgia distribution center marks the company’s third U.S. location, joining its established California location and a Texas facility unveiled in 2024. The company noted that the expansion strengthens its national distribution network, improving product availability, shortening delivery times and providing customers throughout the Southeast and East Coast with greater access to headwear and personalized service.

“I am incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished over the past 15 years,” said Shihai “Jay” Yue, president of Direct Caps USA. “Growing our business to three sales and distribution centers across the United States is a tremendous achievement, and it would not have been possible without the hard work, dedication and commitment of so many people along the way.”

The official launch of the new location brought together customers, business partners and Direct Caps team members from California, Texas and Georgia.

“This grand opening is not just about another location; it’s a celebration of our people, our customers and the strong foundation we’ve built together,” said Yue. “I’m excited about what the next chapter holds for Direct Caps.”

In addition to distribution, the Georgia location will also serve as a regional sales and customer support hub, allowing Direct Caps to build stronger relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities throughout the eastern U.S.
