“Brittany’s track record of accelerating growth, combined with her passion for helping teams succeed, makes her an invaluable addition to our leadership team,” said Sandy Gonzalez, CEO of MTO and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the most influential people in promo. “Her experience on both the supplier and distributor sides gives her a rare, comprehensive perspective, and her passion for building strong partnerships aligns perfectly with MTO’s mission of creating connected brand experiences.”

Frase most recently worked as vice president of sales at Houston-headquartered Counselor Top 40 supplier Hirsch (asi/61005). At Hirsch, her accomplishments include helping to orchestrate the company’s rebrand in 2022. She was also instrumental in driving double-digit sales growth, strengthening operations and enhancing profitability. An alumni of the University of Houston, her promo career has also included time as a field sales manager for Counselor Top 40 supplier PCNA (asi/66887).

Frase has experience as well on the distributor side of the industry, which MTO said gives her a unique perspective and deep understanding of industry challenges.

In her new role as chief revenue officer at MTO, Frase will oversee the company’s revenue strategy, including sales, client engagement and cross-department alignment. Initially, Frase will focus on meeting with the sales and support teams to assess strengths, opportunities and ways to further support success. She will then collaborate closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to align strategies and create new opportunities for clients, according to MTO.

“Having admired the MTO team for years, I’m honored and thrilled for the chance to be a part of it, and contribute alongside such a talented group,” said Frase.

A certified woman-owned and employee-owned company, MTO merged with RED Promotions last year. CEO Gonzalez was named Counselor’s 2021 Woman of Distinction.
