Perhaps no company had more reason to panic during the worst of the pandemic than one that specializes in trade shows and events. But the steadfast leadership of Bruellman and Walsh helped Showdown Displays stay the course, and the dividends are paying off huge now. Showdown is on track for 2022 revenue to surpass pre-pandemic figures “by a substantial margin,” notes Bruellman. The company will also be up 50% compared to last year. “By remaining loyal to our existing distributor customer base and by doing everything we could to make them successful, we became successful,” Bruellman says. “We knew that the more we could help them in times of crises, the more cemented our relationships would be. As the old saying goes: ‘Stay with the one who brought you to the dance.’”
